PVA Production Plants: What Is PVA?
PVA, polyvinyl acetate, is a resin used as a binder for water-based paints in the paint industry.
Applications:
It is widely used in the industry. Our country produces and exports significant quantities, while local producers in developing countries are also entering the sector through investments in new plants.
We install turnkey PVA plants for customers who wish to produce PVA, including reactors, condensers, mixers, blenders, raw material storage tanks, deionised water systems, heating and cooling systems, pipelines, automated valves, PLC control panels, automation software, SACADA software, production reporting and reaction monitoring. Options also include monitoring and managing the entire plant from a single computer, as well as remote online system access and monitoring via the internet.
When needed, we can also provide our customers with PVA production formulations, PVA production process instructions, chemical consultancy and a production supervisor for a short or long period. We have delivered numerous plants to customers domestically and internationally, including Eastern Europe, the Turkic republics, Russia, Ukraine, the Middle East and African countries.
We continue our commercial relationships with existing customers through periodic maintenance, spare parts supply, remote automation software support and the supply of additional machinery and equipment to increase the capacity of existing plants.
